Steward Medical Group Opens Specialty Care Office in Neshannock Township
Specialty medical care just got more accessible for residents of Lawrence County with the opening of Steward Specialty Care Neshannock, a medical office building on Enclave Drive. Now patients needing appointments for general surgery, cardiology, orthopedics, and women’s health can find these specialists all in one convenient location.
“When you need health care services, you want the choice of having access to quality physicians, surgeons and specialists with the convenience of one centralized office location that is close to home,” said Roger Mitty, Senior Vice President of Steward Medical Group’s Western Pennsylvania division. “Steward Specialty Care Neshannock gives patients the care they need without having to travel far.”
The Steward Specialty Care office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 724-654-3010. All providers at the specialty clinic are on the medical staff of Sharon Regional Medical Center, a Steward Health Care family hospital.
The new office will serve as the primary practice for general surgeon Randy Hofius, DO.
Dr. Hofius is a board certified general surgeon specializing in minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgery with a focus on hernia repair. Dr. Hofius practiced medicine for more than 20 years with his primary office located in New Castle, Pennsylvania. His areas of interest include specialized training on the da Vinci robot to treat patients who need hernia repair, gallbladder surgery, and colon surgery. This advanced technology will soon be available at Sharon Regional.

Maryann Payne, MD, Breast and Reconstructive Surgeon. Dr. Payne is board certified in both general and thoracic surgery and specializes in breast surgery, breast cancer evaluation and treatment, and aesthetic oncology. Dr. Payne brings over 20 years of expertise in her field to both Mercer and Lawrence counties. Dr. Payne also sees patients in Hermitage at 2435 Garden Way.
John Ambrosino, MD, Cardiovascular Surgeon. Dr. Ambrosino is board certified in vascular and general surgery specializing in diseases of the arteries, veins, and lymph vessels and vascular and endovascular surgeries. He diagnoses and treats aneurysms, carotid disease, and venous diseases such as varicose veins, chronic venous hypertension, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism.
Sabeeh Siddiqui, MD, Interventional Cardiologist. Dr. Siddiqui is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology and specializes in diseases related to coronary disease, endovascular interventions, and aortic repair surgery.
Anita Booth, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC, Nurse Practitioner, Women’s Health/OB. Anita joined the practice of Steward Women’s Health Associates with Tonia Skakalski, DO, OB/GYN. She completed her nursing and masters programs and earned her doctorate in nursing practice. Anita specializes in women’s health including general gynecology and obstetrics care. She also sees patients in Hermitage at 2435 Garden Way.
Also providing care at the specialty clinic is Orthopedic physician assistant Benjamin Armando, who also sees patients at the orthopedic practice located at 2395 Garden Way in Hermitage.
